Q. Are you a national company?
A. No, we cover the whole of the Midlands for both commercial and domestic jobs. We have worked as far afield as Liverpool and Cardiff for commercial work so enquiries are welcomed.
Q. How long does it take for a quotation?
A. As long as you would like us there! All we do is measure the windows from the inside and let you know all of the options in regard of design.
Q. Will I be forced to make a decision on the day like the national companies?
A. Definitely not! We will usually go back to the office, work out our best price and send you a written quotation by email and post. Its up to you whether you buy from us - we won't hassle you.
Q. Do I have to pay anything upfront?
A. No, We take no deposits and you pay nothing until the job is completed.
Q. Do you have a showroom?
A. No. It would be be impossible for us to offer such competitive prices if we had full time staff in a Showroom. See below.
Q. What if i want to view some windows?
A. Our customers are our best recommendation so we would be happy for you to see windows in a house. Just let us know what you would like to see, and we will try to arrange a suitable customer near to you.
Q. As well as windows, do you install conservatories?
A. Yes we do. We can offer 10 different types of energy efficient glass including anti solar glare and self cleaning.
Q. What about the windows scrappage scheme?
A. We are in support of the GGF (Glass and Glazing Federation) campaign for a windows scrappage scheme in the UK. We have devised our own scheme which we are funding. Call for details.
