We have recently received the results of our 2009 audit from the Consumer Protection Association and the findings were excellent. Take a look at these two links: A bar graph showing how our customers rated each part of our service and a pie chart which shows the overall satisfaction which our customers feel about our service. This survey is linked to our insurance backed guarantee and is conducted completely without input from Citywide Windows. Each customer receives a form from our registered insurance company on completion of their installation, which they return directly to the insurance company to start their insurance backed guarantee. On this form there is a quick survey to comment on our service which all customers fill in and return to the insurer. These results mean that we are without doubt one of the leading double glazing companies in the Midlands.
